On October 9th we held the media and industry launch event for the much-awaited print edition of Model Chocolate in the newly re-furbished cocktail lounge of The Unicorn in Paddington.

There was 5 of Abigail O’Neill’s delicious raw, sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free chocolate recipes available to try, basically all the chocolate you could eat without any of the guilt and they were very much enjoyed! Particularly the Stark Naked Tiramisu.
