Anthea Amore the author of PASSION: organic vegan recipes to live for and one of Byron Bay’s premier vegan and vegetarian chefs caters full-time with her partner Caspar for their company Organic Passion Catering for leading health retreats including Jessie Chapman’s Radiance Retreats.

Their Cauliflower, Caraway and Thyme soup, from Anthea’s book, served at The Radiance Retreats was included in the special edition of Natural Vegan magazine as part of their write up on vegan friendly retreats.
