Model Chocolate and author Abigail O’Neill were lucky enough to receive the honour of being on the front cover of Essentials magazine’s free Easter mini-magazine for iPad’s.

The mini-edition was published just in time for Easter, with the full issue, also including Model Chocolate, scheduled for next month.

Seven of Model Chocolate’s delicious healthy raw, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free  chocolate recipes were included in the mini-mag alongside contributions from some of Australia’s leading chefs.

The six recipes featured are:
