We’re very excited to welcome a slightly different client to what we’re used to here at Bleach. PR, Model Chocolate.

Model Chocolate is a cookbook written and created by Australian Model Abigail O’Neill, the book features over 60 mostly raw, sugar free, dairy free chocolate recipes. Quite an amazing feat!

Having come from a fashion and beauty background as a model, Abigail has filled the book with beautiful inspiring fashion editorial style images, taking its unique recipes to a whole new place.

Abigail is a wife and mother, living on the North Coast, loving life, cooking and good wholesome food, combine all that and you have a book full of all the wholesome things in life, topped off with some illuminated beauty.

Model Chocolate will be released very soon, first as an e-book, to be followed up by a hard copy in 2013.

We don’t want to give too much away in these early stages, but stay tuned for lots of updates, some beautiful images and some great lifestyle advice from Abigail O’Neill over the next few months, not to mention some delicious recipes!

We intend to try quite a few!
